USB-FPGA-Module Series
The USB-FPGA-Module Series currently consists in two mostly compatible FPGA boards with different features as well as extensions and accessories.

- Xilinx Spartan 6 XC6SLX16 FPGA
- 64 MByte DDR SDRAM with up to 800 MByte/s and integrated 6 port memory controller

- 128 KBit EEPROM (e.g. for Firmware)

- Wide input range: 8 to 25 V
- Delivers all required voltages using high-efficiency step down regulators:
- 1.2 V @ 1.6 A (3 A peak)
- 2.5 V @ 1.6 A (3 A peak)
- 3.3 V @ 1.6 A (3 A peak)
- I/O voltages VCCO_RIGHT / VCCO_IO and VCCO_TOP can be easily and independently set to 3.3V, 2.5V or to an external voltage
- JTAG interface for the FPGA
